www.MarketingMattersPodcast.com FREE marketing lessons with actionable steps and cool guest interviews. So you know how important it is to add regular content to your site, but generating ideas on a regular basis can be difficult for anyone. Shawn Hansen, a retired college professor, published these 3 tips to help you break through your blogger’s block 1. Don’t worry about what you think you SHOULD write. Instead, write something you WANT to write about. Try brainstorming 7 to 10 items, pick 3 to 5, write a title line for each, and then pick your favorite! 2. Include the answers to “How?” and “Why?” in your article. Remember your readers are looking to YOU for expert advice. 3. Offer examples or ideas. Show your readers you BELIEVE in their ability to SUCCEED. By sharing examples and ideas, you’re giving your readers confidence and that kind of help is something we ALL appreciate. Most importantly, have fun with the content you write. You and your readers will get a lot more out of the process.
